Cancellation Policy

At Fresh Market, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your grocery orders.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our store.
  • Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery, cancellation will not be allowed.
  • To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team immediately with the Order ID.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Please mention your Order ID and registered phone number/email.


3. Cancellation by Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Delivery not possible due to address issues
  • Technical or system errors

In such cases, customers will be informed, and a full refund will be processed.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not be charged.
  • If applicable, refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store wallet.

6. No Cancellation for Perishable Items

Due to the nature of grocery products:

  • Orders containing perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, frozen items) cannot be cancelled once packed or dispatched.
